He is a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, former administrative law judge and adjunct law professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. His experience as a dispute resolution professional across several decades has covered disputes that involve contracts, labour, drug and alcohol testing, securities, insurance and transportation law.
He holds a Master of Laws Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and has been accredited with the designation Chartered Arbitrator (C. Arb) by the ADR Institute of Canada. Marvin has recently been appointed to serve as the President of the ADR Institute of Ontario.

jonathan@cannabisdispute.caJonathan is a lawyer, mediator and dispute resolution specialist for the leading Canadian banking and municipal ombudsman offices. He is currently an adjunct law professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he teaches courses on Negotiation and Mediation.
His experience as a dispute resolution practitioner includes resolution of disputes in the fields of real estate, contracts, insurance, labour and within condominiums. Jonathan has been accredited with the designation Qualified Mediator (Q. Med) by the ADR Institute of Canada.
